Sucks, it worked well for while, made pretty good toast but now it's a paper weight, also it's messy, like more crumbs on the counter than in the catch tray. Basically, do yourself a favor and stay away from this toaster and look to one that's $25, what this piece of junk should cost for the laughable quality.

It replaced a four slot Cusinart we had and the Cafe looks luxurious and has fantastic build quality — there is a lot of high quality metal in this unit. I also like the design of the release button to pop your toast out early. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, this appliance definitely toasts more heavily on the side facing the outside of the housing, so you need to keep that in mind, especially when toasting foods with different sides like bagels and English muffins. I also feel the need to adjust the finish dial a lot when switching from plain toast to bagels to muffins. On a final note, this toaster is not app-enabled, which is totally not a problem, but some people might wonder about that since most Cafe appliances can connect to WiFi and the SmartHQ app from GE.
