Overpriced for quality

The lack of a simple reset button is a design failure. Ordered ridiculously overpriced black replacement handles to better match kitchen and 5 months later still have not received. Horrible for such a high priced appliance.

Other than that, the finish and design was nice. We went with the standard door version.

Posted .We would recommend searching your model number on our website to see the troubleshooting section in the use and care guide (page 23) There is a section there-"Dishes don’t dry" that lists helpful information that may help to remedy the situation. If you find though after trying the troubleshooting that you are still having trouble, then we would recommend taking advantage of your warranty and reaching out to one of our service technicians to diagnose the issue. Posted .Thanks for sharing your concerns. To ensure the best wash and dry performance, the incoming water temperature must be a minimum of 120°. We encourage you to check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer placed in a cup. Turn the hot water on at the sink closest to the dishwasher and allow it to run into the cup until the temperature stops rising. Adjust your water heater if needed. We also encourage you to review the instructions online for cleaning the drain filter, filter plate and spray arm. If these suggestions don't improve the wash performance, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have the unit checked by one of our highly-trained service technician.

Best Buy total tech was worthless with helping me remedy that and wanted me to wait a week for a service call while both drawers were stuck in the completely open position and the unit was beeping incessantly. The only way to turn it off was so flip the circuit breaker which I couldn’t do bc the rest of the kitchen was on it. Had to pay a ton of $ for emergency service
