Good range, but stains are difficult to remove

The two ovens are useful for us - only 2 in our family most of the time and we use the smaller oven. Use the big one or both when we have large family gatherings.

Screen was replaced and issue was worse. It’s a week before thanksgiving and the oven is not fixed and they are trying to have someone come out again and “take a look” really Best Buy, do better. You have lost a customer I’ll be heading to Home Depot or Lowes for my next anything purchase.

This is a beautiful range and I love the induction; HOWEVER, due to malfunctioning part, I have been unable to use the range for two weeks and GE says they cannot tell me if/when the part will arrive. The range is 7 months old and still under warranty. This is ridiculous.
