    Did not like stove at all and returned it. First of all the stove did not sit flush because the residential backing is different. Then the cleaning of the stove is a nightmare. So hard to get the stainless steel to look nice it smears and spots so easily that I returned it.

    I got rid of my repair prone Samsung, to purchase this new model dual oven and in less than 2 months, I have had a repairman at my three times and it still isn't working.

    This oven performs very well. I love having a double oven, and have found the cooking to be even and satisfactory with both upper and lower oven. The gas burners work great. My only complaint is that the stainless steel adjacent to the range grates is very easily scratched by the grates, so you need to be careful.

    BEWARE OPEN BOX - I have still yet to get this lovely range to work. It arrived with food stains, nicks and scratches, rusty middle griddle and NO PROPANE CONVERSION kit, Unable to receive help from Best Buy. Chat and phone go to boiler room and they "cannot assist". Oh, and no paperwork with the range. Taped residue where things have been peeled off. No serial #, so GE cannot help. Trying to get Best Buy assistance for weeks. I ordered in August, received in October, now middle of Nov and still cannot use. Customer service severely lacking. Request response from Appliance Manager. (And requested through their call center multiple times, too).
