    I like everything else but what I don’t like is the control on this is app dependent. I want my choices on the machine itself. I more control over how many coffee or how long it will grind, etc on the machine not on an app where sometimes it does not work.

    the bean grinder broke within a week but i couldnt remember which site i used to purchase it and now its 5 days too late & they wont let me return it

    The text on the buttons started to fade really quickly, and the coffee grinder is clumping and giving an error constantly.

    I have purchased this twice, I loved it but with in three days the grinder wouldn’t work on the first one so I returned it and now 33 days into my second one it trips the power switch and won’t turn on, I’ve tried every outlet it’s the machine not the electrical, just days past the return option too.

    Very poor quality for the price. Grinder jammed every 3rd grind. Then it started leaking water all over the counter.

      Hey there - thanks for reaching out about your beautiful Café Bellissimo Espresso Machine & Frother. Our apologies that you’re experiencing issues with the grinder jamming and water leaking. We can certainly understand how frustrating that would be and would like to share some information that will help! -- A clogged grinder could be caused by setting the grind size too fine. The grind setting should be between 7 and 9 and use non-oily medium roast beans for the best espresso. If the grinder is not working properly and the light flashes purple, this means the grinder is getting clogged/jammed and/or the rotor is locked. You will need to clear out the grinds completely and then clean the grinder following the instructions in the manual on page 14: https://files.bbystatic.com/mynykv8Ga%2BH4Xr6Y0IHFSw%3D%3D/Owners%2BManual -- If water is coming out of the bottom of the machine and not going into the drip tray, this is not normal. Steam/water is released after the brew into the far back of the drip tray and it is not normal for water to miss the tray. Make sure the tray is installed properly. If you continue experiencing these issues, service may be needed. You can schedule online by visiting the Café Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737.     Solid espresso machine, but grinder clogs easily.

    It'll make a great espresso shot and the milk steamer heats up fairly quick, but the bean grinder clogs up easily. The tip I found online was to keep it above a 7/10 on the setting, but what's the point of having all the other settings if it just clogs?
