    Product quality might be good I just didn't like the taste. Frankly it was terrible. It was kind of too bitter for me. But hey, it's just my opinion and taste preferences.

    I love the product. This box has caused problems with pod. I had to remove the pod holder in both machines and clean them. then I used Keurig cleaning pods in both Keurig K200!

    This tastes so plasticky it's gross. Don't buy. It's better to buy the mix/tea and not consume all the chemicals. I still have some. I'm debating trashing it or using it to warn people DON'T BUY. RUN away.

    Every time I use in my Keurig, the seal is so hard to pierce. Then my Keurig says “needle maintenance”. Waste of my money!

    This is what I was hoping for. After a flavored mocha and coffee orders I had made turned into huge disappointments, I was relieved this met my expectations. I will definitely be ordering more of this in the future. Especially since my family won't keep their hands off it either!

    Love this chai latte, smooth and with a nice taste. Very reasonably priced at Best Buy compared to other locations. It is just the right pick-me-up during the day.
