    You really can’t go wrong with Cangshan cutlery! Knives are super sharp! Be very careful if you are not use to a higher quality edged knife. Got it on deal of the day!

    Sharp knife. Feels good in hand, quality and craftsmanship is really nice. I’m still breaking it in so I can’t give to much info on the longevity when using daily.

    I love the dimples in this knife that allow me to cut fruits and vegetables without them sticking to the blade. Didn’t arrive as sharp as I wanted, though.
