    Got as DOTD. Had bought a Cangshan knife a few weeks back. This is another good buy. It's not a world-class knife, but is nice and sharp and does a good job for the average person. I'm happy with the purchase.

    This knife is EXTREMELY sharp, so be careful. I brought this during the Deal of the Day for $20 and what a deal that was! The handle has some weight which helps when cutting. This is like a piece of art. Forged steel is usually very expensive, so getting this for $20 was incredible.

    This is the second Cangshan knife I've purchased via best buy. Both arrive in a nice little case, very sharp out of the box. The handle has quite a bit of weight to it, which I like. These knives are easy to clean (suggest avoiding dishwasher). Easy to sharpen or hone the length of the blade. A very good entry level knife to use in your home kitchen.
