Good printer for the price, would suggest it for friends.

Ordering and registering for ink replenish was really easy.

Received black ink refill, but since they were both low, wondered why they didn't send a set. Later, would receive notification there was some glitch sending color this month. Might be some available elsewhere. Haven't needed to use refill yet. We'll see.

Canon ink tanks cost less and have less waste. Auto-replenishment is excellent, very timely, and easy. Replacement tanks show up automatically at my door well ahead of running out of ink. Highly recommend this service.

will stop my having to run around at the last minute

poor quality ,i have error code and I cant fix it,i have the printer for only a month!

Couldn’t have purchased this printer at a better time. My daughter moved back home to start Physical Therapy school and there were so many forms, homework etc that she has to print. Great quality, we love it

What a great feature that came along with my new printer. No more waiting til your out and running to the store. It can do it all and order it before your out..keeping you working all day..Yay

I Really can not say as I have not received any refills of my ink yet.

When purchasing my printer, had the opportunity to sign up for easy replacement; this is a great feature instead of me having to manually watch the ink levels, it does it for me.

However, the printed photo was blurry and ink smeared all over the place.

Just tell you the truth, I search the internet, Best Buy offer this product with the best value for a combo of both black and color ink catridge in one package
