I recently upgraded from a Canon 7D to an mirrorless R6 model. Without this adapter I would have to purchase all new lenses which would have cost me thousands! This adapter allows me to use my current lenses with ease! This works well and is highly recommended to anyone who might have made a switch like I did.

Great adapter for the old EF to RF mount

Worked well with my 70-300mm L EF lens. Though eventually I returned this for the one with the ring, I still think this is an excellent adapter.
