I have had nothing but issues with this camera since the first one I purchased. The USB port wont work with my MAC. I've tried three different cords and even tried it through two different hubs. Trying to figure out how to get clean HDMI for streaming, then how to connect it, just more of a hassle el than it's worth. Wish I had gotten one that was better suited for my live-streaming needs. I purchased this because I heard it was good for beginners.

I returned the camera and paid $75 restocking fee. It is way more complicated than I expected. I spent hours trying to get the WIFI download to work without success. I am more of a point and shoot pictures guy. A camera should not be that hard.

I purchased this camera a day prior to me traveling to Africa, for the first time in my interior life! I was excited to take better pictures than I get with my phone. However, My experience was far, far from enjoyable using this camera. First, I mislead by the sales associate who told me I could use my existing canon lens with this camera (lies). I was also interested in this camera for the LCD screen. The LCD screen on the Canon M50 can flip to The front. To use the flash feature, you manually need to flip the lens light up; this featured should be automatic. For the price, you’re unable to take fast moving or action photo, the quality is poor; the flash is not automatic.

It worked twice with no issue. After that it takes forever for it to find your phone and transfer files. Tried to return and Best Buy offered me $140 for it and it’s still under the manufacturer warranty

I did not like that best buy charges a restocking fee to return this item. Worse thing to do to a loyal customer.

Too expensive. Overpaid, plus Best Buy start charging restocking fee of 15% of the total cost. No way! Good bye Best Buy. We shall see another “going out of business” business.

Great camera for a beginner. Overall easy to use and options of shots easily manageable. Zoom not as good but purchased extended lenses for far away photos like at games etc. would recommend for beginner and parents want to take good everyday photos.
