Very happy with this purchase. I choose the EOS R because of the excellent color straight out of the camera without the need of extensive correction in post. Highly recommend this camera to anyone looking to upgrade current gear but not ready to drop the "big" bucks on more expensive models.

The Eos R and 24-105 f4 kit lens are amazing together.

I shoot with Sony but this canon is just amazing, if you want to sell your old dslr and switch to the mirrorless world, this is the way to go!

This is a excellent camera especially for a beginner like me. The tech was extremely helpful in helping choose the right camera for me.

Camera is great (when we remember to use it) but it’s kind of pricey. Would be 5-stars if the price was better.

This is one of the best cameras I have ever touched. Photo quality is crispy and the autofocus is reliable when I have used it. The menu system need to be worked on, but outside of that, it’s a fantastic full frame.

It’s a great camera just didn’t like that I was sold a different lens then the one on the advertisement.

Fantastic camera with great quality images when paired with the kit L lens. If you know how to use a dslr you can get some quality content with this. Great camera to open you up to the mirrorless world

After 26 photos, the camera hung up trying to record to the card. Then it failed completely. I called Canon support less than an hour after buying it and they advised me how to do a reboot which didn’t work. I returned to Best Buy and they replaced it. The following day, I needed to use it on a professional job and did so without a problem. I’ve used Canon equipment since the AE1. Allow ample time to get used to the “blackouts” in the EVF when shooting even if you turn off image playback. The ergonomics are very good except for the video recording button placement. The camera is extremely customizable. It’s easy to accidentally touch settings in error (i.e.: the video mode button is also the info button on the touchscreen. Really?) Most users hate the touchbar. It didn’t work as intuitively as Canon claims. The image quality is excellent as expected from Canon equipment. The camera looks good on paper but I’m still undecided. A huge plus is that I can use all my EF lenses and the AF works perfectly as opposed to the Sony mirrorless with non-native lenses.

This camera is fantastic. Bought it for my daughter and she is loving it. Picture clarity is great even in low light!

I have only had Camera for a week and have not been able to use the camera in all areas I needed it for. I like the battery life and I also got a nice case to carry it in and keep it protected!

After years of shooting with a dated rebel this was an amazing upgrade. The only thing I wish was different is that the slide bar would have been better served as a toggle. Other than that the camera is great with a surprisingly long battery life

A bold move on Canons end. I can understand the criticism for those who’ve owned professional level cameras, but being someone who is new, this is a great option next to the 5D.

Great mirrorless camera for one who knows what they are doing. Ask how to work the telephoto lens, before you get going.

I upgraded from Canon 6D to this. The best I have so far. Super fast. This is my first mirrorless camera.
