Should have 120fps in 1080p and have no crop at 4K

Really wanted to grab this deal, but the camera was dirty, and had many scratches and dents. The lens was in the same condition and had a chip on the glass. I ended up going with a new Canon R6. Never wasting my time with a used camera again. The description was not accurate at all.

Easy to use. I would recommend it for first time camera owners.

Lens USM motor was broken. I had to get that fixed from Canon factory. It appears a damaged product was sold to me.

I just bought this camera so this is the little so far that I can say, This camera is different than all my other canon cameras. The electronic view finder is way better than my expectations. It was a surprise that I could review my shots in it. The setting info which can be brought up in the view finder in awesome and you can change the settings easily. You can zoom the image up after it is taken to get a close look at what you have captured. Took me a bit to figure out! I have only used it hand held so far but the pictures seem decent. The remote shutter plug is different than all my other canons but they do make an adapter where I will be able to use my old releases. I bought this as a kit so it had the RF 24-105 F4 with the control ring. It does have a safety switch in software where you can set it so you can not inadvertently change what you set if you wish. The same goes with several other programmable switches. So far so good!

Purchased it new at Best Buy. The camera totally froze after first day of use and stopped responding, Eventually didn't turn on and died. Best Buy geek could not figure out what the problem was. Battery was fully charged, I returned it and got my refund back

With all the negative YouTube reviews I was hesitant to jump in on Canon's first attempted at a mirrorless camera. If you understand it's short comings and are invested in Canon gear it is a great addition to your kit. My one complaint is not about the camera, but BestBuy - I am pretty sure they sold me a returned camera as the image numbers when I first started taking photos did not start at xxx1.jpg or xxx1.CR3, but at 4. I realize that is only 3 pictures that someone else used it for, but at this price I feel I got ripped off. With a 15% restocking fee, it kind of leaves the customer holding the bag.

I complete doubted the capabilities of this camera as I was in the market for either this or a used Sony a7r2. I’m glad I chose cannon. The build quality on this thing really is unmatched and don’t underestimate the power of its 30mp sensor. If you’re a landscape photographer, expect every solid photo you take to be MacBook wallpaper quality.

Great full frame mirrorless camera to start off with. Descent value.

The picture quality is great I haven't tried the video yet but plan to soon. I still have a lot to learn about how to use the settings.
