YOU CAN'T RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AFTER 15 DAYS

DO. NOT. BUY. A. CAMERA. FROM. BEST. BUY. Two months into use of the 2 lens kit I paid $100 MORE than the current price, there seems to be a problem with the sensor. Best Buy WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. You only have 15 days from the date of purchase for a camera to fail. If they sell you something that is defective like my camera is, and you do not discover it until after the 15 days are up, you are out of luck. Canon may repair it but it will have to be sent in and it will take at least 5 business days, not including shipping each way. I do not know if the sensor was faulty only in my specific camera or if it is an issue with this model. If you do decide on this camera, DO NOT BUY IT HERE. Buy it somewhere it can be returned if it is also defective. I got it for a trip, I don't have time to have it repaired and I don't know if it will fully fail during use. Best Buy's customer service IS TERRIBLE. They had AI lavishly "apologize" while not actually doing anything. If you want this camera (which has a lot of plusses; the sensor is concerning) BUY IT ELSEWHERE.
