Hands down the best camera for beginners or even advanced users depending on skill and other lens you have. Before this camera, i had a T7 and 80D. I would chose the R50 any day of the week over those.

I am a new camera user. The only times I've used a camera, I had no idea what I was doing. To be honest, I still don't, but this camera makes it easy to learn. The kit lens is okay, I ended up buying a 50mm prime lens, which I find fantastic. For someone who is new to the camera world, this has been a pleasure to use. Would recommend.
