Great camera and much needed upgrade from the original Canon M50

This camera takes beautiful pictures. I gave four stars because I just got this camera about three weeks ago. I had a Canon 77D before this camera. There are lot a new things to learn, the owners manual is "only" 1079 pages. The learning curve can be frustrating.

I upgraded from a Canon Rebel Ti that I bought in 2007. Wow, what a difference. I thought I was getting great pictures of my son's baseball team in action. The R6 Mark ii is the bomb, the high school boys love the pics.

The quality of the product is impressive. five stars for the product. I don't know if I would get this product from Best Buy however due to poor customer service. I had to drive to the store four times because of store error or not having product that I was told they had and sold me before delivering on their promise. Their lying took me about 8 hours in travel time because i don't live close by due to the staff not wanting to do their jobs. I.e. one staff saying "they didn't have the time" even though I had already purchased the item and they just needed to give me the product. This was frustrating. Customer support was no help I called them about 10 times waited on hold for hours to get no help no compensation and they wouldn't let me speak to a manager nothing. I felt like this company doesn't care about me as a customer. Because I didn't hear from one person telling me that would make this right for me I would say bear minimum stay away from the store 2401 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. Unless you like wanting to pull your eye lashes out in frustration.

This is the most useful and versatile camera I own, so far. The codec for 4K is excellent. The compressor inside the camera is fast and makes footage that looks as good as raw (to my eyes).
