    What a great camera, you dont need the R5 unless you are doing huge prints IMO. R6 mark II is sooooo good.

    The quality of the product is impressive. five stars for the product. I don't know if I would get this product from Best Buy however due to poor customer service. I had to drive to the store four times because of store error or not having product that I was told they had and sold me before delivering on their promise. Their lying took me about 8 hours in travel time because i don't live close by due to the staff not wanting to do their jobs. I.e. one staff saying "they didn't have the time" even though I had already purchased the item and they just needed to give me the product. This was frustrating. Customer support was no help I called them about 10 times waited on hold for hours to get no help no compensation and they wouldn't let me speak to a manager nothing. I felt like this company doesn't care about me as a customer. Because I didn't hear from one person telling me that would make this right for me I would say bear minimum stay away from the store 2401 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. Unless you like wanting to pull your eye lashes out in frustration.
