Everyone raved that the focus on this would be so much better so I decided to try it out. It was super fast and the focus is pretty great BUT the colors are SO dull. The whites and highlights aren't as vibrant as the Mark IV. The skin tones don't look nearly as pretty either. Super disappointed. A few photographers have tested this one vs the Sony A7Riv and the skin tones are GORGEOUS with the sony so I'll probably switch to that eventually.

Superb Camera

Great camera but Expensive :)

Step up to the mirrorless game

I would personally never switch to another brand as a professional photographer/videographer but if you get past the minor flaws you will love this camera! As a wedding photographer, I still go with my 5D4 actually.

But one of my only gripes was overheating issues on video… but after the recent update no problems. Canon still needs to work on the ibis wobble for video though. While 20 MP is probably enough for most people, there are times it’s just a little short. I think 28-32 is the sweetspot for resolution and file sizes not being too big
