This camera us great I use it for everything for my family and for business it would recommend it to any one that's lolling for a great quality pictures

The pics are crisp and the video pat is great no complaints the white is unique for a camera color and the detachable lens is helpful.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled. Love that it comes in white.

It takes good photos and good videos in low light. However, the zoom lens is so limited in range that it was not that useful to me without the purchase of another lens. So, I had to return it. I will eventually get the T5i with the 18-135 mm lens instead, which will meet my needs much better.

Lightweight and easy to use. The screen gets smudged from taking pictures but the quality is awesome. Just have to try it out and see how it works.

If you are looking for an entry level DSLR camera you can't do much better. Light weight and compact combined with ease of use makes the SL1 a winner.

This is a great grab and go DSLR camera. We have taken it to amusment parks, fairs, etc. I like how much lighter this camera is to carry. I really didn't think it would make much of a difference but after carrying it all day around your neck you don't feel your muscles being sore like my old Rebel!

Purchased as a test shooting camera for outdoor location scouting. Works great and has many features similar to the primary pro Canon models we use.

Upgrade from a Canon Point and Shoot to the SL1 and just love it. Feels right when I hold it, although it's smaller than other models. Still learning the feature set and how to use DPP software, but very pleased with the purchase and results.

I use the camera mainly for landscapes and seascapes and it creates stunning images esp paired with the amazingly sharp quiet 18-55mm lens. Reccomend this to beginners and pros
