It's my first SLR camera and I love it. For someone who has never used a SLR it's easy to learn the functions and pictures turn out great.

I've been wanting a DSLR for a few years now but was reluctant because of the price and being a novice I didn't want to spend a lot. It allows me to learn a lot since it has all of the major features of the more expensive models.

I was skeptical at first and a bit overwhelmed with all the features of this camera. However, once I started using it, I found it to be super easy to navigate and understand. The settings menu is the best that I have ever seen.

This camera is for my wife, she wanted one just like mine. When I got mine, I only knew how to use it in the fully programmed mode. Three years, and many thousands of photos later, I am quite experienced in using all of the photo settings, and have awards from several photo contests.

Canon are good all the time in cameras. This product is worthy for the price you are paying for. And this is good start for beginners.

I LOVE this camera!!!! It takes great pictures with little knowledge of picture taking. I'm still learning to use all the features this camera has. I couldn't be happier with the pics of grandkids I have been getting. I'm still having some issues learning to use the video portion of camera.

Great pictures out of the box, but you need to learn how to use the camera for the best results. In my experience, it takes better pictures outside in natural light out of the box.

I keep finding new features that are terrific. Image quality is supurb. I'm not a pro, but an avid hobby photographer. It's weighty, but not too heavy; sturdy feeling. Images have a richer quality. I keep running in to more and more gadgets that make it a definately cut above the T1i.

This is my first DSLR, so I am just now scratching the surfacece of what I can do! The camera came recommended by the salesman, and by several friends... So far I love it. Fairly easy to use once you understand the basics.

Bought this camera about a month ago and this is my second canon.rebel and I've never had any issues with my first I just upgraded to the T3i and expect to have no issues with it! And Best Buy will price match Amazon!

I've been looking to get a Canon rebel for a long time, and after I got the opportunity I have never been disappointed. I am very impressed with the picture quality of the camera. I have no regrets buying this purchase.

Great camera that I would definetly recommend for begining enthusiast. Bought this camera for my daughters 15 Birtday present and she takes it everywhere! Camera takes amazing pictures and we as parents understand why she cod mo longer get the shots from her phone camera and point and shoot. Price is reasonable for this category and level. I would strong suggest getting some extras. (ie...lense, bag extra battery) Well worth the cost just to see the smile on her face while she is pursing her hobby! A definite buy!

The camera for the price is amazing. The ease of use to start taking pictures is not hard. To use all of the options on this camera takes lots of practice and watching some youtube videos. Overall I would recommend this camera to anybody from beginner to more advanced users.

I love this camera I have wanted one for years and now I finally have it. I used this to take my sons Senior pictures and his are just as good as the other kids that were done by a professional for 1,000's of dollars. I would recommend this to anyone that loves taking pictures.

This is a great camera for a rookie. Once you go through the manual it makes it way easier to use. This camera does a whole lot.

First, I must state the purpose of my camera. I am using it to do documentaries and I am a beginner. I purchased this camera after reading so many awesome reviews regarding its performance. What I like best about it is when I shoot in raw, I get amazing quality shots. I am having a hard time even in well lit areas with the shutter hesitating which makes it awkward for the people holding a pose. I will contact Canon to determine if I was sent a lemon or if I need to change a setting in the camera.

This is overall good camera. However, you will not able to capture very good picture from the lens that comes with it. You will have to purchase extra lenses based on your requirement.

I recommend this camera to amateur to pro very nice
