Remembering the good old 35 mm days

With all things plastic the lens has followed but, there is to much play in the adjustments. I like the feel of the all metal lenses of the past such as my Pentax and my Minolta. I understand times change but when you are trying to adjust focus levels and the tolerance is measured in millimeters, the only true way to use this lens (18-55mm) is by using the auto option. Not as much fun for us manual types. Otherwise I like the camera and would recommend it.

Great size and easy to carry.

Its quality is great although there are a lot of buttons where you need to learn its functions by reading the manual, besides that you'll have a good experience.
