This camera takes great shots low glare lightweight and affordable

I've always read good reviews about Canon, so when I decided to get my first DSLR camera, I looked at Canon. And, with the package deal offered by Best Buy for the camera, the extra lens and the memory card, I couldn't pass it up. I took it with me to view Brown Bears in Alaska. I got amazing pictures and I'm a beginner! So happy I bought this camera!

I shopped around comparing different cameras and chose this one based on price and user friendliness.

I purchased the camera as a gift for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Very easy to use and great for the beginner photographer. No need to purchase the more expensive model unless you prefer a movable touch screen.

Getting use to all the bells and whistles. Will be using it a lot over the summer for outdoor pictures.

Takes great pictures in the auto position on the camera. Night shot were also just as great in t he auto position for a beginner photographer.

Very easy to use. The lenses can be changed with great ease. And the shutter is definitely fast enough to catch most of those awesome memories.

The camera has enough features for a good beginner camera. It was packaged with enough accessories, at an affordable price to make this a very appealing deal. Our daughter had requested a camera for her birthday, and this one filled the requirements, and stayed within our budget. I have an older model Cannon camera, so that also prompted me to go with another Cannon.

I bought this for my husband, he's a newbie photographer, and the pictures he has taken with this camera are so crisp and clear! He loves it!

the camera i bought has the best resolution along with best features to be a professional camera as well as i think its very easy to use too.

The camera does most of the work, which is important because I know very little about lighting, f-stops, etc. Was very much wanting something that shot stills & video.

I bought this camera for my daughter for Christmas. I thought it was a great camera and a bonus that it came with a 300 MM len. She was been taking it to all her school events and taking pictures for the school yearbook.

It is so much easier to handle weight-wise than the older SLRs. Enjoying the experience of learning techniques, both basic as well as advanced.
