Hate it!!!!

I took a point and shoot to Europe because I didn’t “trust” this one. I had a Canon previously. Maybe I am expecting too much from a digital camera but this is absolutely ridiculous. I would take my Pentax K1000 over this any day if I still had a darkroom.

Great view for a beginner photographer

The lens are great sizes and the photos are beautiful. I was able to zoom in perfectly for the close up animal and plant views on an African safari, for example.

Not hapy with item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.main reason I had for a camera purchase is video and to take a picture or do pic close ups. I guess it must be a factory default on video but what good is having a 10 sec or so video option be the only one that appears whenever video is selected. When want to take video do not have time to go through menu options to do longer video as event wanting to video has already happened & by time get menu updated is already over. Taking a picture takes to long as well. Click to take picture & nothing happens have to change from screen view to viewer view in order to get picture taking click response. Just as well as when outside cannot see picture image n screen view anyway as does not have enough contrast to be visible. Also seem to be stuck with a specific battery - regular AA batteries can not be used. When low battery warning actually appears - not at home and/or do not have time/access to locate/charge battery. - here again pictures wanting to take cannot be take or moments is over & have to stuff camera back in its bag!!!!!
