Great Starter DSLR

The touch screen is precise and it takes really nice pictures. The kit lens isn't bad at all either. Definitely get it if you're looking to get into photography.

Very Nice Camera

This camera takes excellent photos and is actually easier to operate than the T1. Very happy with my purchase.

Worth the upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an old generation 2 rebel and decided to upgrade when I wasn't happy with the quality of my pictures any more compared to some of what my friends were doing. This camera is awesome. Took a while to figure out all the bells and whistles but I love it. A few tips- the battery drains fast if you use the preview screen for pictures, so buy an extra battery and keep them both charged. I also recommend getting a better lens than what comes standard. A fixed 55mm lens is always a good call for most photo taking needs. Lastly, get a separate flash. The built in one sucks for low light photos.
