i took on photography as a hobby simply using my phone and gopro and for quite some time I wanted something better so i searched around and came across the T6i and i have to say it is an amazing camera. I'm still a beginner so i didn't want to spend two to three thousand on a camera. really exceeded my expectations and I'm extremely happy with the camera. has already seen two contries in the month i've had it.

This is the best Rebel to get, it's the first one with the latest sensor. Canon won't update this sensor for several years now so there is no reason to wait.

Awesome quality, screen is reversible, great filming

I consider myself an intermediate photographer and this camera is a stellar buy for it has. I used to have a Nikon D5500 but this Canon is much better than the Nikon. Especially the fact that is has controls right on the touchscreen, which the Nikon pretty much lacks except from some minor adjustments. Very pleased with Canon.

This camera is awesome, my wife and I both do YouTube vlogs and photography. I have no issues with this camera except for one, the weight is a little heavy for miniature tripods or handheld tripods making filming hard sometimes. The quality of photos and videos are great once you play with it a little and learn how to control lighting and such you can shoot like a pro

Been looking for a DSLR camera for awhile. I knew that I wanted a Canon product so I started looking at the Rebels. After reading all the reviews on Best Buy and other comparisons on other websites, I found the T6i was the one that was perfect for me. I am an amateur when it comes to taking photos but this camera is so much fun to learn from and it's easy to use! Couldn't be happier!

A great camera for the money! The only complaint I had was that I wanted to purchase the bundle package with the extra lense for the additional $149.99 but the Best Buy sales associate told us it was out of stock and would be two weeks to order it. So we purchased just the camera and found that we were not happy with just the short range 55mm zoom so we decided to return the camera and order the bundle. Much to my surprise the sales associate we worked with on our return visit had no problem recharging the camera with the extra lense as a in store bundle. Sure would have been nice if the first associate would have been properly trained. It could have made our Disney vacation a lot more memorable and also saved me 100 miles of driving.
