I was really excited about this camera, but my iPhone takes clearer and better photos, pretty bummed i soent the money on this.

Can’t use hot shoe with it. Don’t know dhst Canon was thinking. T6 is better.

Bad , I purchase get delivered “” but never get it tracking number proof was delivered, I talk to customer service they say can’t help , is im paying for something I never get $600 lost be carful what you buy is better shop n the store I guess

This is a very bad camera, the quality and production is very poor and low.

Transfer of pictures is relatively impossible using the canon connect app. Extremely frustrating process. I will just use my iPhone and chalk off the canon purchase to bad judgement

Great camera the one issue with it is that there is plug to add a mic. So you can add an external MIC

I specifically went to Best Buy (where we buy all our cameras) for a second Canon Rebel T7i. They didn't have it, but the salesman said the exact same camera comes in a bundle. I didn't need another camera bag, and i didn't need either of the two lens (i bought separately the lens we like to use), but i wanted the camera so i bought the bundle. This is a Rebel T7, not anT7i. It's not the same camera. Want a T7 bundle? Buy it at Costco - it's cheaper.

I'm not a camera enthusiast but this thing is terrible. I can take better pictures with my phone and it's much quicker and easier.

Sales associate was great. Manager was not even close. Manager didnt even come by to talk with me directly. This is the 3rd time I have been asked to review this purchase and havent heard one word back from Best Buy. Will not be buying from them again.

Too high tech for the simple man ! Just to take a picture it took several seconds before the late reaction for the actual camera to take a picture. I wouldn’t recommend this to any beginner even though it was described as for beginners. I’ll stick to my iPhone which is a lot faster and responds better at the settings that I want.

Bought this for my son and opened the box. Took it out to see it and put it back. Went to return it and got charged a restocking fee of 15% lost $100 bucks it was listerd under the fine print. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING

This is second time I purchased this camera. Last year I purchased and returned it because of blurred images. I again purchased during Black Friday. I just started setting up today. While taking pictures, It said busy. I am unable to take pictures. I am again going to return it probably. Will never purchase Cannons...

I was looking for a higher quality starter camera for my daughtet as a gift. The camera is cheap quality and i wouldn’t recommend this camera. Dissapointed for the amount of money paid.

Didn’t have the battery pack charger but takes great pictures.

Wouldn’t recommend this camera to a beginner. Overall bad quality for price. Used Sony A6000 or better for less than the cost with a way better picture quality.
