This is one of the worst cameras I've ever used. The shutter is super slow, and the picture quality is average.

Didnt even get the chance to use it. It quit working 2 months of it being in the box.

The box was never opened. I wanted to return the camera and I was denied. Will never shop at Best Buy again.

can't review until Christmas. I hate that warrantees start on purchase day, but product is not opened until 12/25. this is a rip off.

Not a touch screen. I was expecting that it was a touch screen and at later time that the store was selling older cameras.

Terrible focus and terrible quality. Had to return. Customer service won’t understand and deducted 15% from return. Camera was not working.

Can’t take pictures while in burst mode? What the heck is burst mode?

There was a large piece of dust in the 75-300mm lens straight out of the package. Best Buy attempted to help me resolve the issue and get another one, however nowhere else had one in stock and I was left without a camera for my trip to Europe.

Great camera for a beginner. I previously had a Rebel about 5 years ago so I decided to get the newer one. It's a good camera to get your bearings and learn manual - since I personally already had experience with that years ago I ended up upgrading about a month after use and giving this to a family member who wanted to learn. Definitely a great starter camera. Lenses that come with it have their limits but if you are just starting out you probably won't notice it until you progress. Great little package for the price and highly recommend these cameras to all beginners!

Bad quality not what it shows on the description, it show all blurry etc. in other words bad product.

The camera is easy to use, and was excellent to travel with. Not too heavy and the availability of the long distance lens was fantastic. It was a great buy. They have automatic settings for those who are new to taking pictures, and a fully manual functionality if you want greater control. Great starter camera set.

Was offered this camera as a replacement for a Eos M50 Mark II. Had to take it back, it's definitely a step down.

Took it to Europe and didn’t take a picture. If I had all day to take surveys I’ll have a lot more time!
