Great entry level camera. For a novice like myself, photos with even just the stock settings come out looking great and professional. It will take time to dig in and get used to everything this camera can do. The bag is spacious and has enough room for the charger, camera, and both lenses. The material gives me confidence that it should last a good while and should be good at taking abuse!! You get what you pay for, all in all, a really solid starter camera for me.

Canon EOS Rebel takes outstanding pictures but is complicated to operate and the instruction manual is written at too high a technical level. The camera does wonderful things like connecting to the internet but there is a gap. There is no way to connect it directly to my computer to download pictures. I had to purchase a card reader to make the transfer.

Everything came as described - wish I would have realized it did not come with a memory card.. that was the most difficult find. Now that I have that I am practicing it is a bit different than my 35mm so far very happy with it.

The Canon camera and lenses is a good buy and while I've haven't been able to use it much, it makes good pictures and is very easy to use.
