Lacking Customer Service

I explained to the associate what I needed this for, what I was creating, and my ultimate goal. Wrong item, made use of it. I bought a camera twice this price from a camera shop. They had GREAT customer service.

Great features and great photos

I've used the Rebel XSi for the past eleven years and am still very much attached to it. I purchased the T7 primarily for the video function. So far I am quite pleased with the camera and its overall performance. There is only one drawback for me. The camera doesn't have a connection for an external microphone. I have learned ways to get around that using my cell phone as an audio recorder and then matching the audio to the video using third party software. Bottom line, I'm quite pleased with my recent purchase.
