Missing parts

Opened the box a year later and found out the larger lens was missing. My fault for letting her wait too long to open her gift.

Camera doesn't work properly.

I was in Italy for two weeks. When I returned home and was looking at pictures for the first time I learned that the back button on the camera sticks, so when looking at pictures and wanting to go in the opposite direction it doesn't work right. Since it was past the two week return policy I am stuck with this camera.....just like the button gets stuck on the camera. I am not sure how I ever do business with Best Buy again.....the camera was over $500 and doesn't work right.

Best Buy customer service the worst.

One of the recipients returned the camera because they didn't want it. It was returned in original packaging, with the receipt, and within the return time window. Best Buy kept $90 of the price as a "restocking fee". After being on a long chat and a phone call with Best Buy's customer service agents overseas, they made it clear that they were unwilling to do anything about the situation. They gave me the Best Buy corporate phone number. After 1/2 hour on hold I gave up. So they win- they keep my $90.00, but they have lost a lifelong customer.
