    it may be just me but i was seeking a less complicated camera than this one. also i was used to an asahi pentax 35mm film camera and this camera had so many settings that i would never use. i was looking for a camera i just set the aperture and speed-- then point, focus and click.

    Gave this as a gift to someone with an interest in photography to get them started. Kit has the basics with camara, strap, carrying case, and two lenses. Has been used during the holidays and beyond, and is pretty intuitive to use. I liked the order online and pick up at store option. Had some Best Buy gift cards and caught a preholiday special to make price reasonable. Gift recipient very happy with gift!

    Great camera, its a bit of a learning curve but overall I am very happy with its performance and the quality of pictures. Includes 2 different lenses, both are great quality.

    Very intuitive controls, lightweight and great starting place for new photographers. Bag is a bit cumbersome if you need quick access to the other lens.

    Purchased as a Christmas gift for son, he loved it, It does not come with card so keep that in mind when purchasing. I assumed it had everything to get started. Great product

    This is a wonderful camera but I don’t like that you have to go online to look at the instructional book. I am a person that likes this camera and its capabilities but having to constantly go back and for to the website to look up stuff is annoying. I have used many film cameras so this more ‘electronic’ one takes time for me to get used to but it is a waste of time to have to constantly go to another instrument to look up information on how to do something.
