This was a birthday gift that keeps making me smile. Mirrorless is the way to go! First, the camera is does everything a family or hobby camera should and much more! There are far more setting options than I'll ever need to use, because the Auto function is just better than my eye. The photo resolution is much higher because the processor is so fast. As the situation changes, the camera adjust much faster than the human eye. It's fun to make manual changes to the setting to see the results. The camera has two HD slots for all storage you want. For true camera-heads, the bokeh effects are easily changes by turning one of the three aperture and shutter speed dials. You won't have to upgrade because this is the newest tech. This camera does far more and cost more than a once and a while family photographer needs. If you're ready to take some great family, outdoor and even pro shots for special events, this is your camera.

I'm not a professional here, but I love taking pics... for the price and my lack of professional skills it fit. Oh my gosh this camera and lens are awesome!. Took this out to our summer vacation in several National parks.... perfect. Used in our backyard with birds....ocean pics of waves.. I feel I could become a professional... I like i can grab the images from camera to phone easily...especially since I do not have a card reader on laptop.

Very great beginner camera, it shoots somewhat slow but can’t expect more for the price. It has all the settings you could need and comes with 2 kit lens which is nice for the price. I’ve shot some good pictures with this. Great battery life too.

It's actually my first DSLR. I love it!. Once you start to know you as well as the camera, you can have a wonderful relationship with it. To take your photos beyond portrait, it's a must. My first few hours I was on auto to learn the camera. However you'll very soon change to manual and take total control. However I still use manual when i want to relax, or a rush shot. p.s. Tried adding photo, but said file too big!!!! that's strange!!!

We purchased this camera for our son for his college classes. He loves it. It captures fantastic pictures, The battery life is great and he is really enjoying the variety of features it has. It is easy to use and the interchangeable lens are great. Our daughter has an older version of this same camera and she absolutely loves it!

I picked up a photography hobby and was in need of a good quality camera. I wasn’t sure what to get but heard many great things about this canon rebel t7 and it did not disappoint. If you are a beginner i would definitely recommend this, this price is great compared to others!

Incredibly happy with this bundle. Much cheaper than others I’d been looking at, especially considering it comes with the two lenses. Has the quality I expect from Cannon (yeah I’m biased with cameras, always a Cannon). The product came quickly and more importantly unscathed. Getting a camera and two lenses through the mail is a bit nerve-wracking, but it came in perfect condition. 10/10 all around.

Great deal for this package! I love my Rebel T7 and the difference in quality of photos I take between this and my iPhone 13 are unbelievable. It's fairly simple to use, but with enough settings for someone interested in learning more sophisticated photography. The carrying case and extra lens are really convenient, but I recommend any newbie like myself to go ahead and invest in the 50mm lens off the bat!

The camera is great for close-up pictures and portrait-style picture taking. The camera does not work well with shaded areas and overcast conditions. Does not work well for Wildlife photography.
