Bad shipping

Great camera but something isn't right

Doesn't seem to make sense.

poor interface

I tried to use a USB cable to get the photos from the camera to the computer and the camera would not show up. I made sure the wi-fi on the camera was off and it still would not work. I had to connect my phone to the camera (via wi-fi), download the pics to my camera then send from the phone to the computer. not worth it.

However, the pictures came out blurry for most shot regardless of what we rried. On top of that, we were charged a $90 restocking fee for a camera that was defective. I will never buy another camera from Best Buy.
