Sometimes it seems to take awhile to focus, but I am still figuring that out. I don't think it can take an external microphone. That isn't a big deal for me, but is something to consider if you plan to use it for more video. The built in Microphone seems to work well so far.

Gift for Noah

He is now 20 years old now and I couldn't be prouder of him. He loves it. His mother, my daughter has the same camera, so we were already familiar with it.
