    This was an upgrade for me from my Canon EOS Rebel XSi. I've used the Rebel XSi for the past eleven years and am still very much attached to it. I purchased the T7 primarily for the video function. So far I am quite pleased with the camera and its overall performance. There is only one drawback for me. The camera doesn't have a connection for an external microphone. I have learned ways to get around that using my cell phone as an audio recorder and then matching the audio to the video using third party software. Bottom line, I'm quite pleased with my recent purchase.

    Not bad for a starter camera. I bought this so I could get into photography. No used it to take photos of my son playing volleyball and for an amateur the photos came out great. I wish the shutter speed was a tad bit faster.
