I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. One of the recipients returned the camera because they didn't want it. It was returned in original packaging, with the receipt, and within the return time window. Best Buy kept $90 of the price as a "restocking fee". After being on a long chat and a phone call with Best Buy's customer service agents overseas, they made it clear that they were unwilling to do anything about the situation. They gave me the Best Buy corporate phone number. After 1/2 hour on hold I gave up. So they win- they keep my $90.00, but they have lost a lifelong customer.

Love it. But a little bit complicated to understand

I was transitioning to a new camera and so far I am really enjoying this camera! I am a self taught beginner and use youtube a lot for guidance as well as plenty of trial and errors! Honestly my favorite feature is the stabilizer that the smaller lens has. I look forward to taking more photos!

Get this for an aspiring photographer. The lenses are incredibly similar.

This is not the best camera for beginners, was gonna return it the next after purchasing but my daughter lost the manual.

It is very outdated it would have been better if salesman let me know the better options of cameras

Need to offer a class to learn how to use the camera

Bought this as a backup camera for a wedding I was filming. While it did the job I do not recommend getting it if you are a professional photographer or videographer. At the time I purchased it I was just starting out and needed something in my budget so this did the job but I now currently have a camera that I do not use and now need to sell used. Not worth it if you are working on becoming serious about your images/videos. I would suggest just spending the extra money on a M50, 6d or 5d any other mirrorless camera Canon has.

This is great starter camera set for beginners. Just learning what all the settings are and how to take the best pictures.

One of the best camera for a price tag. The lens could have come with an image stabilizer but unfortunately its not.

Check out cheaper options before buying this camera. In my opinion, the lenses make all the difference, and a cheaper body with nice lenses does the same job.

I bought this camera for my teenage son and it’s a decent camera but I don’t think it’s quite worth

Normally, this camera would be a good choice. However, the pictures came out blurry for most shot regardless of what we rried. On top of that, we were charged a $90 restocking fee for a camera that was defective. I will never buy another camera from Best Buy.

Camera's fine but need to download 300+ page instruction manual or resort to you tube video for help. Flash has no defuser.

This camera is Good for beginners not a professional camera

This is a birthday gift for a grand child. She it will receive it on May 23. She will review once she opens and starts to use. She will also register for the 1 year extended warranty which was also a part of my pyrchase.

The shipping was terrible, I paid extra for express shipping, so my daughter could have it to start her photography class. But it got held up and took three weeks to get.
