It takes great pictures and video. It's very easy to follow, even for someone totally unfamiliar with cameras. The battery holds a charge for an extended period of time while going from taking live videos to action photos.

I purchased this camera after looking at several different other cameras. It was recommended by one of my sons, he used to have the same one. The purchase experience was excellent and the associate was very helpful. I used this cameta to take pictires at a golf tournament that my Marine Corps League Detachment held last month (June 2023) and very pleased witn the ease of use and the picture quality. I have since recommended the Canon EOS Rebel T7 to several of my friends.

It has easy to use navigation and controls. Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to transfer your photos to your desktop computer. Be sure to download the free Eos utilities from Canon to edit your pictures. A definite step up from mobile phone cameras.
