I enjoy this camera alot. Great for videos and photos with a nice selection lenses. But for the price it's pretty hefty . Especially with the alternative cameras that have 4k or lighter weight.

It's a great camera for beginners to intermediate.

This camera was purchased for us from Best Buy as a gift with a one year warranty. Fast forward 1 year and 2 months and we started getting an error message and the camera no longer worked. We sent it to Canon As this was the only option presented to us and they said they couldn’t do anything because Of too much corrosion. This camera was used only in fair weather and was handled with care. Very disappointed in the lack of durability and customer service from cannon.

You should buy it because it is very good, easy to use.

I need an update camera and decide to go with an ESO modal. I was planning to take not just pictures but also video's as well.

I actually love the camera; just trying to get used to all the WIFI and differing operating options. The more I learn about it, the more I like it.

I have a sony alpha 7 R and a nikon D7000. What I wanted was a camera with a flip monitor for my youtube videos, not that I was complaining about my sony.. so I ventured, took the plunge and decided to get this Canon. I had only owned previously one canon camera (film) and one camcorder. I found it very hard to operate it despite it appearing to be user friendly and relatively basic. There was no usb cable included and to wirelessly transmit to phone or computer, was very complex and unreliable. I also ordered the wireless remote separately from B&H photo in New york since Best Buy did not carry the canon wireless remote, and then finally I figured out how to connect the remote to the camera. There were no instructions anywhere on how to operate this remote.. people had complained online, I kept reading reviews right and left trying to dig info and finally i saw that people found information on the remote on canon India website. So when the canon camera was on tripod and I would try to operate it, at times the screen would go crazy and move by itself.. I ended up returning it and now best buy has introduced a 15 percent restocking fee on purchases done in June and going forward, so think carefully before you buy it. I still love photography and ended up ordering from best buy a very expensive camera lens for my sony.. which should arrive this week.

Do a lot of pictures and video of my family and the occasional scenery shots. Love this camera and all the features for the price.

Zoom has been sacrificed for HD quality....I miss the zoom I had on my previous camera.

The camera is light and small enough to fit into my hands (which are pretty small). Can’t wait to use it soon.

Photo quality is alright, but you get what you pay for I guess.

I like my older Canon better. It may just take some getting use too.

Not Best Buys fault, but Canon charges way too much for batteries.

So far so good but too early for a review for now.

Had the T5i previously. That one took better action shots. Would have rather gotten another T5i then this one.

I gave this to my boyfriend and he really liked it so much.

Very, very disappointed that there is no battery grip for this camera.
