I love it! My canon mini camera was delivered fast, I've had fun with it ever since!!

I bought this camera for my 5.5 year old. Does the job, he enjoys the instant photo.

View finder is fuzzy and hard to see. Not worth the cost.

This doesn't take very good photos when you are outside.

many more in the market which gives same output in half of the price. I only like the feature of printing from the sd card. So I sometimes capture on my phone then transfer the photos to the SD card and then print it from this camera which is very tidy process

The Canon Ivy Cliq+ is a nice concept, back to the poloroid instant print cameras. I really was surprised with the side of the device, most phones nowadays are larger than this! The camera works well, it took a little adjusting to get used to the framing of shots, there is a little frame to help get your shots, just keep in mind that this is a rectangular shape on the circular lens or selfie mirror on front. The prints photos aren't anything you'd praise, but my kids definitely love capturing photos, being able to stick them onto a surface is a fun little feature of the film. The Mini Print app is a pretty neat feature also, you can take a photo using your phone, or one you already have saved, and add text, filter or emojis and print them if you choose. The concept is great, and can easily appeal to the younger crowd. I would definitely recommend if you are looking into instant cameras you check this one out.

If your answer is, “yes” then Canon has a new camera that clicks and prints on the spot! The new Canon Ivy Cliq + is a great little carry around novelty that captures those pictures that one likes to preserve and keep. Canon has truly made this an easy process as no assembly is required, it’s truly ready to start its job and deliver great pictures. Some pictures I took were pretty decent and a few of them were kind of grainy but truly the good outweighed the bad as this is a quick way to capture those sentimental moments one may have. The cost of the paper at approximately .50 cents which can get some what pricey if you’re one who loves to take a plethora of pictures. However, if you’re the ultimate picture taker, then this very well maybe the camera for you!!

Originally purchased to make backstage fun images for entertainers to keep. Not as user friendly as I would have liked. Also no image settings, except orientation and print another copy. it's a poor attempt on Canon's part to create a Poloroid. Images saved to micro SD are very poor quality. It does have a flash ring but the white balance and exposure are way off. Red eye and pet eye are highly evident. Total waste of $15900+tax

Canon manages to put a decent lens on this combo camera and Zink printer. It's quite basic features makes it easy for anyone to snap an instant shot. The 2 flash modes actually control 2 separate lights, a set of LEDs around the lens for selfies or macro shots, and a true smartphone style LED flash for objects 10-15 ft away. The 8mp images are virtually indistinguishable from a budget smartphone and the little Zink photos are quite detailed for their size. Speaking of size, the whole camera is very lightweight and slim, easily fits in a pocket. A few things missing though: first and most obviously, no screen! Second, it prints right away; no way to check if the shot is good. Third, if you don't have a memory card installed, the printed shot is your only shot. The app works well and offers features for enhancing, doodling, or adding stickers. Would certainly appeal to young teens!

If you are looking at this product there are a few things you need to understand. First this camera is an instant print camera just like the old Poloroids. It is not a product designed to give you professional quality pictures and features, but it IS designed to be a whole lot of fun. That is exactly the experience that my family, and I have had with the Canon IVY Cliq+ Instant Film Camera. It is super simple to use so the kids have had a great time taking selfies with the front facing mirror (which works surprisingly well), and getting funny photos of our pets. The camera is a little slow to print, but the quality FAR exceeds the instant cameras of yesteryear. All in all I would recommend this camera to families or anyone wanting to have fun with an instant camera. As long as you know what to expect going in this camera represents a great value for the money.

Disclaimer: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review of the product. This is an interesting little instant camera. For it being an instant camera, it actually produces decent quality pictures, though the colors in the pictures were sometimes a little off. One thing that I absolutely did not like at first and took a lot of getting used to is that you cannot decide whether or not to print a picture - you take a picture, it prints...in fact I accidentally took a random picture while holding the camera and wasted a piece of photo paper because of it. To say it is easy to use would be an understatement - I took it to a family gathering Easter weekend, and of course my 8-year-old niece just HAD to try it out, and she did, without any help! I just showed her the camera, told her what does what, and warned her that any picture she takes will be printed, and she had some fun with it! She also really liked that her pictures became stickers (the photo paper that comes with the camera has removable backing that you can take off and stick your pictures on things). I tried out the photo app as well, which connects via Bluetooth and allows you to print pictures from your phone with the camera. I was hoping the aforementioned picture color issue was just the camera, and it was not - the pictures printed via the app were still a little off in color. Aside from that issue, the app was easy to set up and use! Overall, would I buy another? Not likely. With the weird coloring and the fact that I consider myself a novice/beginner photographer, this just wouldn't suit me. I would say kids would get the most use out of it, but it is an expensive camera just to let a kid play around with, not to mention the cost of the paper! I will, however, say if you are not a person that is terribly concerned with the color quality and want to have fun at a party or wedding, etc, this might just work for you!

It has great features such as the app and the fact that it's also a picture printer all on its own by just printing a picture you already took on your phone, but the problem with that is that the printing quality is horrible. One of my family members got a different camera that prints pictures (Instax) for 75 dollars and much better quality. I expected more from this product.

The Canon - IVY Cliq+ Instant Film Camera is a pocket sized camera and instant printer that uses Zink printing technology (no ink needed). Setup was very easy and fast: you download the app on your mobile device and you could have access to photos from all your social media in addition to the gallery of the mobile phone. Battery life could be better, but I was able to take a few photos and to print 10 pictures before he battery died. charging takes about 30 minutes if you are using a fast charger. the charging port is Micro USB (i wonder why they didn't use i USB- C port). picture quality is good, and the camera has flash, and a mirror surrounding the lens for taking selfies. the camera looks sturdy, and the grip is good. it comes with 10 3X2 zink paper, a loop to hold the camera and a micro USB to USB charging cable. price is good and it could be used instead of a photo booth in a party or an event. it can also be a great way for kids to have fun in a birthday party. Zink paper comes with an adhesive back so you can stick them and decorate different things. the app lets you add effects and frames and edit pictures in an instagram like way before printing. I am extremely satisfied with this camera- printer combo.

The taking pictures with the camera is really bad. The printer is decent.

If you're like me, you take hundreds of photos with your phone, but rarely print any of them and have a hard time finding the one you want later. The CLIQ+ allows you have an immediate print of your photo and also allows you to transfer them through Bluetooth to your phone, etc. so that you can modify them and/or put them on social media. Printed photo costs are reasonable coming in at around $.50 per picture.

If you are looking for an instant print camera that will capture the moment and give you immediate photos, this is it. If you want high quality to your photos, this may not be your camera. In the box is the camera, a micro-usb cable, a wrist strap and a pack of 2"x3" printer paper (zink). Setup is easy, charge, install app (not required, but provides more features and social media interface options), and ready to go. I have another brand camera that also is an insta print, and I can confidently say that the quality is about the same. The Canon may have a slight advantage for clarity and the flash being able to lighten the background. The camera is sturdy, with a front mirror around the lens, which helps you make sure your selfie gets everyone in the photo. Just point and shoot, pic prints a dry photo within seconds. My only complaint is that the buttons are sensitive and I found myself accidentally taking photos when I picked it up. The tween in my house declared its just me and not an issue. Overall a great, on the go, camera for capturing and immediately having photos to share. While this is a camera that I'd use to capture your once in a lifetime vacation memories, it will work perfectly for capturing you, your friends, and your selfie with the random cat.
