This camera takes really good pictures for its price point. The viewscreen is easy to see under a variety of lighting conditions. Using the control buttons can be challenging because the identifying icons are small (perhaps a necessity on a camera this size) and also difficult to see because the color of them does not contrast very much from that of the camera body.

This camera is very easy to use and creates beautiful pictures!

I bought this for my mother who enjoys taking photos but has trouble putting her eye up to a view finder. It is small, but is easy to hold and see the menu options.

I bought this for an older family member to use for its good picture quality but yet simple use. It still does both and more for them in 2017

I like the size and the color of the camera, it makes it easy to find if I set it down. The pixel size is great for a small camera and really is so much better than my little Sony that it replaced! Pictures can get a little grainy if you zoom too far, but that is to be expected of any smaller digital, if you zoon for close up macro types of pictures though you will be thrilled with the results.

Camera is easy to use. Rechargeable battery is most convenient and does not take very long to recharge.

This camera has some good features (10X optical zoom, 16 megapixels) for its price, and is easy to use -- point and shoot. The quality of pictures in strong light is relatively good, but in low light the picture quality is sub-optimal and the red-eye corrector does not function well.

This is a great little camera . I wanted something that took good pictures and I could put it in my pocket and carry it around. So far I love the camera.

I liked my A3300 well enough to get the newer A4000 of similar breed. These little guys have plastic zoom mechanisms. My old one lived in my pocket, so it occasionally got turned on when the lens didn't have space to open. The zoom mechanism wore out in 15 months of use. It needs a case for typical use. Only keep it in a pocket for special occasion or if you don't mind frequent replacement.

We are owners of a Cannon EOS Rebel SLR. We wanted a very small camera that we could stick in a pocket when we did not want to carry the big camera. This fit the bill. It is a Canon and lives up to that name. This camera provides great quality photos at an economical price.

Nice sized camera except that it is thicker than I would like. I slip the camera in my shirt pocket with glasses and this camera is a tight fit. Why? Probably because my old camera had a 3X optical zoom and this is a 8X so it has to be thicker. Also there was no SD card included. Fortunately I had the one from my old camera.

I really enjoy using this camera. It is easy to use and captures great family pictures.

Got this camera for my wife before going on vacation. She loves how she can recharge the battery and how easy it is to turn on and shoot.
