I had my doubts in the beginning but I have been pleasantly surprised!!! Not only is the size great but the fact that the auto feature is quick to focus thus allowing the capture of both stationary and moving things with clarity has made me happy. I have keep this with me almost everywhere I have been and I am glad that I made the purchase. I will still be making a purchase of a SL1, T3I or the T5I in the future but until then this Canon product is doing the job.

Overall, this is a great little camera for the money. It was on a special sale, and I had reward points, so I got a great deal. Battery life is good and charges quickly. Not many adjustments in the toolset, but simple to use and takes good quality pics.

The Canon PowerShot A4000 is very affordable, much more so than similar cameras. It is easy to use and takes great pictures. The cons are: you have to take the battery out of the camera to charge it and there is a second or two delay between taking consecutive pictures. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Highly recommend this camera for easy use. Fits in pocket. Quick focus and great pictures.

I have a nicer camera but missed having one that would fit in my pocket or a small purse. I found this one on sale. Has good zoom considering basic in nature and price. Happy with it so far .

Purchased this camera because it was a great price for the features. Very easy to use and set up. Highly recommend for an everyday point and shoot camera. My only drawback is the speed at which this camera takes pictures. It is slower than I would have liked, but can't complain for a sub $100 camera.

I really like this camera. It is lightweight and trim and carries in my purse at all times. I do not use my cell phone camera being I own a prepay plan. This is the best substitute ever! The date stamp feature is a plus for me when I do my Real Estate walk through check.. Pictures are worth a thousand words! I still need to read my manual and utilize all of the undiscovered features.
