I am very disappointed with this product. For some reason the focus is not working or that's just the photos it takes. I will be returning after Christmas. I used it one time only.

I got it because i thought the 20mp would be pretty good. And some of the reviews were really positive. But picture quality was very poor. Maybe there was a setting on the cam i didnt know of? Idk my s10s 12mp is way better. Also still waiting on refund for it... returned it in store and they wouldnt give me the refund on a best buy gift card and lied to me about time itd take to refund (they claimed minutes and in reality its 8 days minimum)

My older canon camera recently broke so I bought this one to replace it. I feel that camera manufacturers don’t put a lot of effort into making great cameras these days because of smart phones. Such a shame.the image quality is poor and the cam feels cheap.

I decided to return this 180 camera & I purchased the 190.

Decent camera with usual features, battery cover fits poorly.

It takes pictures, but not good ones. Quality is about as good as an 8 year old Samsung. Don’t buy if you want good quality. Definitely spend a few hundred more if you want good picture quality.

Cheap quality camera. Do not buy. Feels like a toy.

After reading all of these reviews I decided to purchase this camera. I wanted a camera to take better pictures than my phone which isn't the newest version. I returned this camera right away. I took a few photos and could not believe how terrible the quality is. Even with the worst smart phone this camera would not be an improvement. Really shocked at the great reviews this has. Best Buy is great however, the camera shipped free overnight and I was able to return it the next day in store no problem.

I have an older iPhone (6s Plus) & wanted better quality pics than it could take for a trip to Vegas & the Grand Canyon a few months ago so I bought this camera. I realize this isn’t a $500 or so camera but I figured it would take better pics than my iPhone but it didn’t. I played around with all the settings, took pics both up close & far away, at night & during the day but still the pics were not better than my iPhone. I ended up returning this camera.

Images are not sharp seems to have difficulty in focus I will trash this one and spend the Xtra $$ to get the quality desired My own fault went cheap

Lasted a year before it started giving issues and this is with minimal use. You get exactly what you pay for.

Bought this to replace the one just like it that I couldn't find before a trip. Still haven't found the first one but this one works great!

This is the worst camera I have ever owned in my entire life. It takes terrible pictures. I've had disposable cameras take better picture quality pictures. Purchase this to take on vacation. I now have no pictures from our family vacation because of cameras terrible, and Best Buy can't do anything because we're past the return policy. And The Geek Squad Tech told me that she would have never recommended this to anybody. Thanks, that helps me now.

Broke a great little camera by accident, of course, so I tried this one as a replacement. First, you have to extract the battery to charge it separately from the camera. VERY INCONVENIENT! Second, the battery refused to charge anyway. Checked to be sure it was placed properly, etc., and even left it overnight in case it was just spent and needed time... but... nothing! Needless to say, it was promptly returned.

This camera was so slow I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believer that Canon would associate it's name with something so mediocre. I ended up returning it.

The pixels on this camera was bad. The size of the camera was nice.

I should have heeded the reviews Most unreliable camera I have ever owned, will never buy a canon product again. Bought it because my other canon started having problems...it was a great camera and had for quite a while so buying another Canon seemed like a no brainer...wrong! Very dissappoiunted. One star too much.

I was really disappointed in this camera. It doesn't take really good pictures and to hard to understand how to do things with it.

Used camera at a wedding...limited f opening of lens produced many blurred images... better images were made with I phone!
