This camera is easy to use. It takes good pictures. It's light weight and fits in my purse.

Bought this last min for my teenager who was going on a school trip. It has wifi, which he has not tried out, kept a charge for 2 days, has a decent zoom and the night photos turned out amazingly well. Wanted an easy camera for him to tote around in his pocket. He was very happy with how well it performed and quality of photos

This is maybe the best camera you can get short of buying a professional one that cost $1,000+. I had a version from about 3 years ago and since then this new version has come a long ways. It has ALOT more features for those who use the camera for more then just basic pictures. It even has more filters like "Miniature" mode, "Deformed" mode and so on. Which really make it fun to use. Only real complaints is It battery life seems a bit shorter though so I am always having to keep a second battery ready. And the screens seems smaller then before and its no longer a touch screen. With that in mind it doesn't really affect my view of it to much. Still takes amazing pictures!

I bought this camera because it was the closest model to the Canon that I've used for years. Its features are very similar so I've had very little learning curve with this new one. I like that the flash setting stays where you set it rather than reverting back to the default. Of course, the quality of my photos is better and I expect to get as many years out of this camera as I did my old Canon.

We were headed to DC, but I did not want to carry around with me my SLR camera. So I bought this one. It is the Best Camera. Takes great photos. Small enough to carry in a pocket. It takes stills and video. Although for what I was using it for I only used the stills. I did take one video. If you are looking for a small portable camera, I would high recommend this Canon camera.

This is overall a great entry-level point and shoot and I do not think you will be disappointed for the price. The 8x optical zoom is definitely my favorite feature and the photo and video quality is about what you would expect for a camera in this price range.The user interface on the camera is easy and simple to use.

Need to get a new camera for the holidays, my other was older and didn’t work so well. It’s a decent camera for the price.

Small and lightweight camera is excellent when touring and traveling. A beginner type camera, but takes excellent photos similar to DSLs. Instead of carrying around an entire DSL with lenses, this small camera did the trick. Some restrictions such as zooming, but I was able to zoom in to the level I wanted to take great close ups.

We bought two of these cameras as gifts for my daughters right before their first international vacation. These were there first adult type cameras. Batteries held up well. They took tons of photos. Only issue was it didn’t come with a chord to load photos into computer. Would have paid more for less hassle.
