    I bought this for my 90 year old mother and it is too small for her to grip safely. She also prefers a viewfinder which this one does not have. I returned the camera and the return process was very easy and fast. Thank you!

    i live in the mountains, far from any best buy. i bought this camera, got home, then realized it was worthless without a memory card. i do not blame best buy. why would canon sell a camera that cannot be used, unless additional items were purchased? also, i am not tech savvy, so it took a while to figure it out.
