After a few days the lens failed to open. Had to send in for repair at my cost.

Half the time pictures don't save on the SD card. You have to check each picture to be sure it saved ok. Never again would I buy this camera, because I bought this to replace an identical camera that I thought was broke. Turns out they are all the same and I'm out a couple hundred bucks.

I was at the store 3 times to find simple camera to just download to my computer. I was sold items went back to try did not work finally went back and returned the third time. I am disappointed in best buy. When I try to purchase something customer service of that department is not educated.

Stop working while on my trip in Mexico. Kept doing blurry photos

I'm so upset bought camera for my daughter to take to Ireland for semester abroad. But she hates it and only used iPhone now. And by the time she gets home it's too late to return to get a better camera. Ugh

Ok, so a few things regarding this camera. I really loved how compact it was and easy to take anywhere. It shot nice photos and the wifi transfers were super easy. I do wish they had different colors with the wifi capability but blue is all I saw available. Great point and shoot camera that I would recommend to anyone. The only thing I did not like was it did not have a panoramic shot setting!! I like to take photos of nature and things so it was something I really wished it had. It was quick to shoot photos and adjusted well but I really couldn't live without panoramic shots so that's why I couldn't stay with just this one. I'm not an avid photographer but I do like having that option. If you can live without panoramic shots then I totally recommend this camera.

I paid 150 for this camera and expected GOOD picture quality. the picture output is like a cheap 110 camera in the 80's

This is our 3rd Canon camera purchased from Best Buy for my wife. She loves the compactness of the past two purchases, since the size is a convenient carry-along size. It is the size of a credit card wallet and fits into a pocket in her purse so that she doesn't need to hunt for it. Why a camera when the smart phone works just as well? When we travel, we can take thousands of pictures, not just hundreds. plus, the zoom permits some real decent shots just not capture-able by her Android. Oh, yeah, we are a bit traditional and just love this camera.

Took camera on a trip & shutter did not work. Went back to Best Buy & they said "too bad." Did not stand behind their product.

Can't get the WiFi to connect to any computer or smartphone and the zoom sucks

It seems not to hold a charge well and never worked properly.

It's very slow to respond when you take a picture.

I like that it's small and can throw it in my purse. It also comes with a strap. I wish it came with a case but it doesn't. Picture quality is good. When viewing the picture you take the resolution could be better.

The camera is very easy to use. I am impressed with the quality of the photos. It is the perfect size to fit in my pants pocket.

This was a gift purchase for my sister. She loved it. She said it was easy to use and took great pictures, and was well made. It has a great zoom for its size and a 20+ mega pixel image quality. You will love it.

I needed a new camera and this was is light and ha wifi and is my favorite color...blue. The resolution is good.

You pretty much pay for the pretty color. That's it. The images come out clear if the subject is standing perfectly still without blinking or breathing. Out of 10 pictures that I took, 9 were blurry. Please spend your money elsewhere.
