The zoom makes pictures up close ( we went to the zoo, and our pictures looked like we were right next to the animals). Just wish you could get a protective rubber cover for it.

Should have gone to Walmart!

I purchased this item for my mother as a last minute gift for her to take on a trip to Mexico. The next day I strolled around Walmart and found the same exact product but $80 cheaper...

Great For a Young Grandma to take pictures

And love the battery and charger.. its a slim square battery and holds a good charge. it came with the camera. IIbought a different camera and Hated it. Had to buy my own chargeable batteries and a charger. Would loss the charge after 40mins and the lens stuck out after 6 months. i never even tried to check the warrenty. I just bought this one. And I am so happy I did.

good camera
