NOT HARD 2 USE & CARRY PICTURE & Recording are the best

The ELPH-340 is a very good camera with easy to use menus and instructions. I ordered it at Christmas time on a special promo that was to include a free soft case. The case was shown as out of stock and I have never received it. So much for reeling me in with the promo. If you're not going to supply the item, take it off the sales site.

So far this camera has been great. It is lightweight and fits right in your pocket.

Canon has lived up to my expectations again, improving on the Powershot ELPH platform and making the perfect camera for on-the-go people with its pocket size, especially "youtubers," people who regularly upload videos to youtube. I myself am a vlogger on youtube and always have this camera with me. It's quick & easy to set up and use, very portable, and I love the zoom ability of this camera! The only way it could be better would be if it were waterproof; then I wouldn't have needed my GoPro for water activities.

I got used to using a Canon Elph 300 HS so the quality of the Canon Elph 340 HS was no surprise. On the other hand, the operating systems are significantly different, which causes some confusion. I really appreciate the greater zoom factor of the 340 vs the 300. I am looking forward to using the 340 on a future adventure so I purchased a higher capacity memory card and a spare battery.

I waited a long time for this camera after having a Nikon 10x that died. This camera has all the features needed for crisp detailed shots in any environment. Only precaution, in low light situations, it may take slightly longer to get a clear focus.

I got it for my son to shoot YouTube videos. He has a habitbod breaking then but he made the last digital video camera last so we got him an upgrade. He is back to a regular digital cam but the video is still much better than the actual digital video camera. Bottom line, he loves it and it didn't break me.

This camera is great for a small camera. I love that it fits easily in my purse or can even put into my pocket to take with me anywhere. The picture quality is good and it is very easy to use.

This is the second Canon Digital Camera that I have purchased and I highly recommend it. The display is awesome and the pictures have always come out fantastic. I shattered my first camera being clumsy and since I didn't purchase through Best Buy I didn't have any warranty or replacement options.

I used this camera on a recent vacation and it was great! It is compact and takes great pictures. I was surprised how easy it was to use. It is definitely a bargain for the price you pay!

I took this camera traveling to an orphanage. the kids even ran around with it. It is durable and takes great pictures. No special knowledge is required. The hybrid auto feature allowed me to go back and see what was really going on when the kids took pictures. It is a wonderful camera!

Very happy with purchase. Easy set up and takes great pictures

Took it on a two week trip. Took hundreds of pictures. Was surprised how well they came out even in darker places. Could actually see objects in screen with bright sunlight.

Took over 50 pictures on a cruise and all were sharp and colorful. Only problem, and not the camera's fault, was the humidity the first part of the trip which caused the lens to fog up.

This camera is so easy to use and it takes great pictures.
