I am leaving Best Buy! Terrible customer service !

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I fought for over 2 months with Best Buy and still after proof and them having nooooo evidence of where my product was delivered, they refuse to replace my product or refund my Best Buy card. It was so clear that FedEx delivery workers sold the camera !! I’ve been a client and card holder since 2018 !! This was so disappointing and distasteful! I will be closing my Best Buy account and never stopping at Best Buy again!! Terrible customer service, especially over the phone!

One week of use and now showing screen
