2 STAR FOR BEST BUY NOT CANON
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually, I am writing this review about the package when Bestbuy delivered it to me yesterday, not about the camera quality(will update later when I use it). This is the second time I have an issue with BestBuy's order about the package. Spending $700.00( tax included) in order to expect a new creator camera kit, but when I first opened it, the tripod's box already cut, opened and used. Exactly like the last time I bought the GPS, the accessories were used( I can't use cause they can't stick anymore, so need to exchange it) So I am wondering about my canon g7x mark ii. I am a perfectionist so when I spend money on a brand-new item, I will expect the quality, package. etc have to better than an used-item! (I think everyone does either)

During my trip, I ended up using my phone instead of this camera due to how heavy it is and how the videos and pictures turned out. I really regret buying.
