Canon's have a long life and I'm not disappointed with this purchase. It's a great point and shoot!

I’m a photographer and use professional cameras, I was looking for something compact that I can take on vacations without carrying the big bulky cameras. This camera performs well during daylight, but it suffers a lot at night. I tried to get creative with the integrated flash but the results were still poor. If you’re expectations are not high you will be ok with the picture quality, but at the price paying I would probably consider other options. I ended up returning the product.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this camera on April 4th and it said it would be here by April 8th and I ordered it for my vacation which I leave for on the 13th and it’s still showing that its in Memphis TN and was at the Texas distribution center for more than 4-5 days and now its been in Memphis TN for two days. I am writing this review for the people that are thinking about ordering it, to just know that the delivery tomes for this product is WAYYYYYYY off, be prepared to receive it 1-2 weeks later. This is the slowest delivery i’ve ever had, and the estimate is VERY INCORRECT.

Like others have said, the auto focus isn’t the best, but the other things make up for it. It has really good stabilization when shooting video, much better battery life than the Sony ZV-1, and I love the screen being above the camera instead of to the side.
